Synthetic Rubber

Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR 1502) is a high-quality synthetic rubber produced through the emulsion polymerization of styrene and butadiene. It is widely used in the rubber industry due to its excellent abrasion resistance, flexibility, and aging stability.

Key Properties of SBR 1502

  • Appearance: Light-colored, non-staining rubber
  • Styrene Content: ~23.5%
  • Mooney Viscosity (ML 1+4, 100°C): 46 ± 4
  • Tensile Strength: High tensile and tear resistance
  • Abrasion Resistance: Excellent wear resistance for durability
  • Heat & Aging Resistance: Good stability under heat and oxidation
  • Processing: Easy to blend with natural rubber and other polymers

Applications of SBR 1502

  • Tires and automotive parts (inner tubes, sidewalls, treads)
  • Footwear (soles, heels, and sportswear)
  • Industrial rubber goods (hoses, belts, seals, gaskets)
  • Adhesives and coatings (for enhanced durability and flexibility)

Standard Packing

  • Bale Weight: 35 kg per bale
  • Pallet Load: 1,260 kg per pallet (36 bales)
  • Container Loading: 20-ft container: 20.16 metric tons
